The Maydiang Tannery was founded in 1993.  The Tannery produces a wide variety of cowhide leathers, used both in its own facilities as well as being sold worldwide for use in the manufacture of footwear and leather goods.  The leather manufactured includes both light and heavy weight leather made primarily from American hides.  The Tannery operates in full compliance with government regulations regarding the treatment of tannery waste.

The Tannery currently has a production capacity of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of leather per month and is managed by an international team of foreign and local experts, these experts have a combined leather experience of more than 150 years.

Maydiang's is continuously upgrading it's tannery with the newest advances in machinery and leather manufacturing techniques.
